At this time, we ship to physical addresses only. Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Processing & Shipping Schedule
All orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed and shipped using the option you select at checkout.
To maintain the quality and integrity of our products, shipments are sent out on the following schedule:
- Monday through Wednesday (until 12:00 noon)
- Orders placed after 12:00 noon on Wednesday will ship the following Monday
This schedule helps ensure your treats arrive as fresh and delicious as intended.
If you’re local, Cake Boy Cakes offers door-to-door delivery within the Hampton Roads area.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, Cake Boy Cakes is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Heat exposure
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
