When do you ship orders?
We ship orders Monday through Wednesday only to ensure cakes arrive fresh and do not sit in transit over the weekend.
How long does it take to process an order?
All cakes are freshly baked to order and may be frozen for up to 48 hours prior to shipping to preserve freshness. Orders typically ship within 48–72 hours, depending on order size and volume.
How are the cakes shipped?
Cakes are shipped frozen with frozen ice packs included in the box. Icing is packaged separately to maintain quality during transit. All items are securely packaged to protect freshness and presentation.
What should I do when my cake arrives?
Carefully unbox your order and remove the ice packs. Allow the cake to thaw and rest at room temperature for 1–2 hours before serving so the texture and flavors can fully develop.
How should I store my cake?
- Full-size Bundt cakes: Store in an airtight container
- Mini Bundt cakes: Arrive pre-packaged in tamper-proof, airtight containers
Room temperature: up to 2 days
Refrigerated: up to 5–7 days
For best flavor and texture, allow refrigerated cake to return to room temperature before serving.
Can I freeze my cake?
Yes. Cakes may be frozen (without icing) for up to 30 days. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator, then bring to room temperature before serving.
What is the best way to enjoy the cake?
Cakes are best enjoyed at room temperature and pair perfectly with coffee, tea, or milk.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
Are the cakes exactly the same every time?
Each cake is handmade, so slight variations in appearance are normal and part of what makes each cake special.
